Job summary

Northwest Bank in Ohio seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Small Business Loan Servicing team, overseeing daily workflows, data integrity, and CECL compliance. You will ensure accurate document handling, risk controls, and adherence to audit requirements while coordinating with other credit teams.

You will mentor and develop staff, manage performance, and drive service levels and efficiency. Collaboration with Underwriters, Branch Managers and Business Bankers is essential to support customers'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years of small business loan or banking experience preferred.
• 2–6 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of loan support systems.
• Ability to maximize available technology tools.
• Knowledge of small business loan products and credit policy.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the small business loan servicing team.
• Ensure data integrity to comply with CECL data points.
• Oversee servicing and documentation for complex deals.
• Lead and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Underwriters, Branch Managers and Business Bankers to support customer credit requests.
• Meet SLA targets and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Perform SOX testing as needed.
• Prepare responses to examiners and internal auditors.
