Job summary

Seacoast Bank in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to prepare commercial loan documents in accordance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory compliance. You will work with bank counsel on complex transactions involving collateral such as aircraft and SBA loans, and prepare Letters of Credit and related documents.

Qualifications

8+ years of commercial loan processing experience.
LaserPro software experience preferred.
Familiar with lending regulatory compliance preferred.
Typing speed 40+ wpm or higher.
Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and coordinate closings with bank counsel on complex transactions.
Obtain and review due diligence information (title searches, UCC searches, corporate record searches, surveys, flood certifications).
Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared and documented prior to closing.
Coordinate information and closings with loan officers, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
Support a quality partnership with Lending and Branch personnel to deliver superior customer service.
Meet processing production goals within established error ratio guidelines.
Adhere to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, risk controls and regulatory standards.
