Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Documentation professional to prepare loan documents in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. The role involves working with bank counsel on complex transactions including aircraft, transportation, SBA loans, and Letters of Credit, coordinating closings and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with some college preferred.
• 8+ years of commercial processing experience.
• LaserPro software experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending regulatory compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of general ledger entries preferred.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute.
• Must possess strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and coordinate closings with bank counsel on complex transactions.
• Obtain and review due diligence information for loan documents (title searches, UCC searches, surveys, flood certifications).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared and documented prior to closing.
• Coordinate information and closings with loan officers, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
• Support a partnership with Lending and Branch personnel to deliver superior customer service.
• Meet processing production goals within established error ratio guidelines.
• Meet Service Level Agreements for the Document Services Department and maintain regulatory compliance.
