Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an experienced commercial loan document specialist to prepare and close complex loan packages. You will collaborate with bank counsel on transactions involving collateral such as aircraft, transportation loans, leases and SBA loans, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include ordering appraisals, title searches and other due diligence, coordinating closings with officers, attorneys, and borrowers, and maintaining high levels of customer service

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial processing.
• LaserPro software experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending regulatory compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of general ledger entries preferred.
• Typing minimum 40+ WPM.
• Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and assist closing with bank counsel on complex transactions (aircraft, transportation, leases, SBA).
• Order and review due diligence information (title searches, UCC, corporate records, surveys, flood certifications).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared prior to closing.
• Coordinate information and closings with loan officers, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
• Support quality partnership with Lending and Branch personnel to deliver superior service.
• Meet processing production goals within established error-ratio guidelines.
• Adhere to AML/BSA requirements and all regulatory banking procedures.
