Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• 8+ years of commercial processing experience; LaserPro experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending regulatory compliance.
• Proficient typing (40+ wpm) and strong PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and close with bank counsel on complex transactions (aircraft, SBA, leases).
• Obtain and review due diligence information (title searches, UCC searches, surveys, flood certifications).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared prior to closing.
• Coordinate information and closings with loan officer, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
• Support a quality partnership with Lending and Branch personnel to deliver superior customer service.
• Meet processing production goals within established error ratio guidelines.
• Meet SLA established for the Document Services Department and deliver high-quality service.
• Adhere to AML/BSA requirements, regulatory compliance, risk/control expectations and related procedures.
