Job summary

Seacoast Bank in Miami, FL is seeking a seasoned professional to prepare commercial loan documents in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• High school graduate with some college preferred.
• 8+ years of commercial processing experience; LaserPro software experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending-related regulatory compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of general ledger entries preferred.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute.
• Must possess strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure and effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and coordinate closings with bank counsel on complex transactions with collateral (aircraft, transportation, leases, SBA).
• Obtain and review due diligence information for loan documents (title searches, UCC searches, corporate records).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared and documented prior to closing.
• Coordinate information and closings with loan officers, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
• Support Lending and Branch personnel to deliver superior customer service.
• Meet processing production goals within established error ratio guidelines.
• Meet Service Level Agreements for the Document Services Department to deliver top-tier service.
• Ensure AML/BSA compliance, procedures, audits and risk controls.
