Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to prepare and coordinate loan documents for complex transactions, including aircraft, transportation, leases and SBA loans. You will work with bank counsel, prepare Letters of Credit and related documents, and review due diligence like title searches and UCC filings.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial processing, LaserPro experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent organization and communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial processing experience.
• LaserPro software experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending regulatory compliance.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Typing minimum 40+ words per minute.
• Detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and coordinate closings with bank counsel on complex transactions.
• Obtain and review all due diligence information (title searches, UCC searches, surveys, flood certifications).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared prior to closing.
• Coordinate information and closings with loan officers, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
• Support a quality partnership with Lending and Branch personnel to deliver superior customer service.
• Meet processing production goals within established error ratio guidelines.
• Adhere to AML/BSA requirements and other regulatory procedures.
