Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a seasoned Commercial Loan Documents Specialist to prepare loan documents for complex commercial transactions, including aircraft, transportation, leases and SBA loans, in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with loan officers, closing agents and bank counsel, obtain due diligence, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial processing experience with loan documents.
• LaserPro software experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and coordinate with bank counsel on complex transactions.
• Obtain and review due diligence information (title searches, UCC searches, surveys, etc.).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared prior to closing.
• Coordinate closings with loan officers, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
• Support a partnership with Lending and Branch personnel to deliver excellent service.
• Meet processing production goals within established error ratio guidelines.
• Adhere to AML/BSA, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
