Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a dedicated professional to prepare commercial loan documents and coordinate closings in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You will work with bank counsel on complex transactions including aircraft and SBA loans, prepare Letters of Credit and related documents, and gather due diligence like title searches and appraisals.

The role requires a high school diploma with college credits preferred, 8+ years of commercial processing experience (LaserPro preferred),

Qualifications

• High school graduate with some college preferred.
• 8+ years of commercial processing experience; LaserPro experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending-related regulatory compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of general ledger entries preferred.
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
• Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans in-house and coordinate closings with bank counsel on complex transactions.
• Obtain and review due diligence information (title searches, UCC searches, corporate records, surveys, flood certifications).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared before closing.
• Coordinate information and closings with loan officers, closing agents, attorneys and borrowers.
• Support Lending and Branch personnel to deliver superior customer service.
• Meet processing production goals within established error ratio guidelines.
• Meet Service Level Agreements for the Document Services Department.
• Ensure adherence to AML/BSA requirements and other regulated banking procedures.
