Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support. You will work under senior staff, ensure renewals and policy entries are accurate, and assist with submissions, endorsements, and contract reviews.

The role emphasizes proactive service, collaboration with the account team, and adherence to IOA policies while handling complex client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business processes, submissions, and proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverage and monitor delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver service excellence and uphold company policies.
