Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines. This remote/hybrid role supports account teams, producers, and clients, ensuring accuracy, service excellence, and timely renewals.

Responsibilities span policy management, submissions, and contract review, with emphasis on client service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of insurance industry experience, current licensing, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Prepare submissions, evaluate coverages and pricing, and assist in binding coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections.
