Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, proposals, binders, and issuance follow-up.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and manage delinquent accounts.
