You will manage renewals, endorsements, submissions, and data in agency systems, coordinate with carriers, and help ensure timely service and accurate coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of the account team and support staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business, gather underwriting info, submit proposals, bind coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
