Qualifikationen

• Thorough understanding of the agency system and operations.
• Experience in commercial lines underwriting and marketing with a multi-line agency or brokerage.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily client communications, policy inquiries, and service requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and document activities in the agency system.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor renewals and initiate renewal processes proactively.
• Support Account Executives with proposals, summaries, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate favorable terms.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and propose additional coverage.
