Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, advising on coverage changes and contract requirements.
• Develop tailored insurance plans aligned with client needs and growth goals.
• Coordinate renewals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses; prepare proposals and binders.
• Assist with claims processes and liaise with adjusters to expedite settlements.
• Review renewals and audits for accuracy and action any discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance client service.
