Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking an Account Executive to manage and retain a high-volume Commercial Lines Property & Casualty book. You will build strong client relationships, handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, while marketing renewal business.

A solid understanding of markets, underwriting guidelines, and accurate document reviews is essential. The role requires five years of Commercial Account Management or Underwriting experience, a P&C license, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Five years Commercial Account Management or Commercial Underwriting experience required
• Property & Casualty License required
• CIC designation or equivalent preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insured
• Strong administrative and computing skills including Microsoft Office
• Experience with agency management software (Applied/Epic or similar) preferred
• Able to work independently with team interaction and meet deadlines
• Must have strong written and verbal communication and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a high volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance
• Grow client loyalty through relationships, advocacy, and excellent service
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies; market renewal business
• Maintain understanding of markets, appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
• Review applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
• Perform loss/claim analyses and summaries
