Job summary

USI Insurance Services seeks an experienced Commercial Lines professional to manage 30–50 mid-market accounts as the primary day-to-day contact. You'll handle renewals, marketing, carrier comparisons, and coverage reviews while coordinating with Sales and Account Executives.

Expect a fast-paced team environment with strong client focus. Responsibilities include proactive client service, underwriting support, renewal marketing, and cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a Commercial Lines agency.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
• Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and other Account Management team members.
• Market and place client Commercial Lines renewals; prepare client applications for review.
