Job summary

USI Insurance Services seeks an experienced Commercial Lines professional to manage 20–30 large and complex accounts as the primary client contact. You will handle marketing for renewals, answer questions, and review coverage while guiding Account Representatives and Sales Executives.

Responsibilities include carrier negotiations, underwriting inquiries, and maintaining accurate agency management data. Frequent in-person client meetings and cross-functional collaboration are expected to support

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Commercial Lines agency experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned high-touch, complex Commercial Lines clients.
• Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and Sales/Account teams.
• Market and place client Commercial Lines renewals with carriers.
• Prepare client applications and determine best carrier pricing.
• Analyze quotes and coverage options and make recommendations.
• Manage renewals, prevent lapses, and liaise with underwriters.
• Champion cross-selling and develop client relationships.
