USI Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines professional to manage 20–30 large and complex accounts, acting as primary client contact and providing industry-leading insurance knowledge. You will support Sales Executives and mentor junior staff, focusing on renewals, market placement, and strategic client service.

Ideal candidates hold a P&C license with 7+ years in a Commercial Lines agency, and may possess ARM/CIC/CPCU designations.

Formación

• 7+ years in a Commercial Lines agency with client management responsibilities.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty; professional designations preferred (ARM/CIC/CPCU).
• Proficiency with common insurance tools and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 20–30 large/complex Commercial Lines accounts and serve as day-to-day client contact.
• Provide insurance technical expertise to Account Management and Sales teams.
• Market and place client renewals; prepare applications and assess carrier pricing.
• Renewal expirations management and coverage lapse prevention.
• Negotiate with carriers and coordinate with underwriters; coordinate cross-selling initiatives.
