Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an experienced account manager to oversee the operational activities of a Commercial Property & Casualty team. You will manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.

The role requires 5+ years in a Commercial P&C agency, a valid P&C license, and leadership experience. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and contribute to KPI-driven performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Agency.
• Valid state Property & Casualty license or able to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
• May hold industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, or pursue one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inside service for new and existing clients through sales and problem solving.
• Respond to client information requests and handle Commercial Lines P&C insurance.
• Maintain renewal expirations and prevent coverage lapses.
• Monitor service standards via KPI reporting and monthly renewal reviews.
• Lead and develop a team of 2+ employees; interview and train staff.
• Ensure accurate client files and communication per workflows.
