Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers. You will work under supervision to ensure production and quality standards while safeguarding against errors.

The role involves policy management, renewals, endorsements, and client research, with opportunities for growth, competitive salaries, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support/receptionist and account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Assist in preparing submissions, evaluate coverages, and assist in binding/issuance of policies.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
