Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities for Support/Receptionist roles and accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and invoices.
• Support new and renewal business through submissions and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
