Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and clients. You will assist in renewals, endorsements, and submissions while maintaining strong communication with producers and managers.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Process policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business by gathering underwriting information and preparing proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
