Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team and producers. You will handle policy renewals, endorsements, and data entry while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

In this role you will collaborate with the account manager and producer to gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, review contracts, and support client retention efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting information, submissions, proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
