Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant roles.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: gather data, prepare submissions, bind coverage, issue proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage receivables.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
