Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support within a remote US-based role. You will assist the account team, producers, and management to ensure timely and accurate service across renewals, endorsements, and policy administration.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of insurance customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and agency platforms. A CISR designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related items.
• Assist with submissions, coverages, pricing, and binding.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Monitor activity to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactive responses.
• Stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Seek best practices to improve performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership.
