Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team and Producers. You'll help with renewals, endorsements, submissions, and coverages while ensuring accuracy and strong service levels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance customer service, brokerage knowledge, an active license, and a CISR preference.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related policy changes.
• Support new and renewal business: submissions, coverages, pricing, and proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and adhere to company policies.
