Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under supervision of an Account Manager or Producer. You will assist with policy management, endorsements, renewals, and client communications to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance client service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; active licensing is required with CISR

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and renewals; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and billing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting info, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
