Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers. You will manage policy expirations, process endorsements, and assist with renewals and submissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Active licensing; CISR preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents
• Support new and renewal business by researching clients, gathering underwriting information, and preparing submissions
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage collections
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Ensure timely completion by monitoring activity and suspense items
• Maintain open communication with the account team regarding workload and issues
• Deliver proactive service and respond quickly to requests
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures
• Seek continuous improvement and champion IOA values
