Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to grow and retain profitable client relationships by delivering value-added banking solutions. You will manage credit processes, cross-sell products, and drive revenue through loans and deposits within a $1M–$10M range.

The role requires seven years of lending or credit support experience, formal credit training, and strong client relationship and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in banking/finace preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or related field preferred.
• Formally credit trained and/or underwriting knowledge preferred.
• Typically seven years direct lending or credit support experience with focus on business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients through calls, referrals, and cross-selling efforts.
• Obtain and maintain COIs and attend networking events in the assigned area.
• Structure loans and perform credit analysis for commercial and real estate deals.
• Generate a wide variety of commercial and real estate loans.
• Close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
• Contribute to deposit growth by cross-selling banking products.
