Prosperity Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Officer to expand our lower-middle market relationships with corporations and not-for-profit entities generating annual revenues from $5 million to $500 million. The role focuses on delivering value-added solutions, managing credit processes, and yielding revenue growth through cross-selling and relationship management.

The ideal candidate has seven years of direct lending or credit support experience, strong knowledge of commercial banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Typically a minimum of seven years direct lending or credit support experience.
• Familiarity with sales, loan processing and closing processes.
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and develop new business in target markets.
• Manage COIs and attend networking events in the geographic area.
• Analyze credit and structure loans for appropriate risk return.
• Produce and close commercial and real estate loans, often $1M–$10M.
• Cross-sell banking products to deepen client relationships and deposits.
• Execute tasks with accuracy and maintain client satisfaction.
