The role centers on cultivating strong relationships with agencies to drive production and profitability in alignment with Mercury’s goals.

The position emphasizes leadership, market analysis, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on agency growth, incentives, and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• 5–8 years of sales/marketing or comparable insurance experience.
• 4+ years in growth and profitability management of a commercial portfolio.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and grow assigned agency plant to achieve new business growth and profitability.
• Manage growth and profitability of a $25M+ written premium portfolio.
• Develop and execute sales call plans and virtual calls to meet financial and sales goals.
• Identify opportunities and develop action plans with agencies to drive improvements.
• Provide expertise on Mercury’s Commercial products and services to agents.
