Job summary

Mercury Insurance is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage a nationwide territory of independent agencies and drive growth through strategic planning, partner recruitment, and performance coaching.

You will report to the Manager of Sales and collaborate across teams to align strategies, analyze data, and expand Mercury’s network of agency partners. Mercury offers comprehensive benefits and a flexible work setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Property & Casualty insurance or a related field.
