• New Agent Appointments and Relationship Building: Identify potential agencies and build strong partnerships.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategies to grow Mercury’s market share in the territory.
• Data Driven Planning: Conduct weekly in-person or virtual sales calls and coach agents using data.
• Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights and report on market conditions and programs.
• Accountability and Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact and ensure goals are achieved with agency partners.
