Job summary

Kauai Mechanical is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from award through closeout on Kauai. You will own safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction, coordinating with the Installations Manager and Field teams to keep projects moving and within budget.

Applicants should have 5+ years in mechanical construction PM, strong knowledge of HVAC systems, and experience with submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned commercial mechanical projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction accountability on each project.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
