Kauai Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects from award through closeout. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.

The role requires 5+ years of mechanical PM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with owners, GCs, and field teams to drive project success in Kauai and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects from award through closeout.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and AIA billing.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned mechanical projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with GC, Owner, engineers, and field teams on execution.
