Job summary

Kauai Mechanical in Hawaii seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from award through closeout. You will own safety, quality, schedule, and cost, while maintaining client relationships and project documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical construction, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. You will collaborate with engineers, GC teams, and field staff to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC projects and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned commercial mechanical projects from award to closeout.
• Review contracts and drawings to confirm scope and feasibility.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and approvals.
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Coordinate with GC, Owner, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
