Job summary

Simplex in North Austin is seeking a Strategic Commercial Sales Executive to take our service offerings to market. This on-site role focuses on upselling existing accounts while breaking into new revenue streams within healthcare, data centers, universities, manufacturing, and large properties.

You will own larger, complex relationships, call on hospital systems and multi-site accounts, and develop account strategy with a longer sales cycle and executive presence. OTE $300K+.

Qualifications

• You are customer-focused and comfortable managing longer sales cycles.
• You are a prospector and closer at heart.
• Ideally 7–12 years in commercial HVAC, mechanical, building systems, or facility services sales (Open to the right person with less experience)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with large accounts and hospital systems.
• Sell maintenance/service agreements and grow local accounts.
• Develop account strategies and long-cycle sales plans.
• Call on multi-site and national facility service providers.
