Job summary

Modern Mechanical Services LLC is expanding rapidly in Texas and seeking an Outside Sales Executive for the Austin territory. You will hunt new business, close deals, and manage client relationships across HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing services.

You’ll own a portfolio, cross-sell services, and collaborate with a backend team for scheduling and delivery. A proven sales background in mechanical services or building services is preferred, with travel within the territory encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC, building services, or related mechanical trades.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to walk rooftops and discuss HVAC/plumbing with building managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in the Austin territory for HVAC, plumbing, and related services.
• Close deals, manage client relationships, and grow accounts.
• Cross-sell across service lines to maximize portfolio value.
• Maintain pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
