ZT Systems in New Jersey seeks an experienced Commercial Counsel to support AI infrastructure and cloud computing initiatives. You will partner across Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership to negotiate strategic transactions and advise on complex commercial matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• 10+ years of legal experience.
• Significant commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
• Ability to independently lead transactions and advise business stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and advise on strategic customer and commercial transactions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, evaluate options, and develop practical solutions.
• Support complex negotiations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Finance on contractual provisions impacting operations and finances.
• Advise on governance, approval, compliance, and control-related matters in a public-company environment.
• Help develop and improve legal templates, contracting frameworks, playbooks, and internal processes.
• Support a variety of commercial and operational matters as business needs evolve.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate legal and business risks in a practical, business-oriented manner.
