• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• 10+ years of legal experience.
• Significant commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
• Ability to independently lead transactions and advise business stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and advise on strategic customer and commercial transactions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, evaluate options, and develop practical solutions.
• Support complex negotiations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Finance on contractual provisions impacting operations and finances.
• Advise on governance, approval, compliance, and control-related matters in a public-company environment.
• Help develop and improve legal templates, contracting frameworks, playbooks, and internal processes.
• Support a variety of commercial and operational matters as business needs evolve.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate legal and business risks in a practical, business-oriented manner.
