Verizon is seeking an experienced attorney to support its AI Connect initiatives. You will support a dynamic, non-hierarchical team responsible for driving high-stakes commercial transactions with hyperscalers, enterprise customers, and strategic partners across the full breadth and scope of Verizon Business.

The ideal candidate is a JD with active bar membership, 6+ years of experience, and a track record in negotiating technology and commercial agreements, guiding matrixed teams, and

Competenze

• Six or more years of experience as a practicing attorney at a reputable law firm, technology company, and/or in-house corporate legal department.
• Hands-on experience negotiating and drafting technology and commercial transactions, leading and advising matrixed client and stakeholder teams.

• Strategic Advisor: Lead and collaborate to enable the strategy, development, and deployment of Verizon's AI Connect services.
• Complex Technology Transactions: Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on high-value technology, real estate, and partnership agreements.
• Commercial Governance & Operationalization: Advise on processes and controls related to commercial transactions.
• Regulatory & Policy Strategy: Monitor and advise on AI regulations and policies affecting AI Connect strategy.
• Reporting & Executive Insights: Translate trends into reports and briefings for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Risk Management: Coordinate with Legal, Technology, Risk, Security, and Sourcing teams.
• Compliance Training & Business Enablement: Create guidance and training on AI best practices for compliant commercialization.
