ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support our AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and advanced manufacturing businesses in Secaucus, NJ. You will advise on complex contracts, lead key customer negotiations, and help shape governance and contracting templates in a public-company environment.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. bar.
• 10+ years of legal experience.
• Significant commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
• Ability to independently lead transactions and advise business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Negotiate and advise on a wide range of strategic customer and commercial transactions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify risks, evaluate options, and develop practical solutions.
• Support complex negotiations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting on contractual provisions that impact business operations and financial outcomes.
• Advise on governance, approval, compliance, and control-related matters associated with operating in a public-company environment.
• Help develop and improve legal templates, contracting frameworks, playbooks, and internal processes.
• Support a variety of commercial and operational matters as business needs evolve.
• Identify, communicate, and help mitigate legal and business risks in a practical and business-oriented manner.
