San Francisco Compute is seeking a Commercial Counsel to build and scale our commercial legal function as we grow our AI infrastructure business. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and leadership to structure, negotiate, and execute high-impact agreements, and manage risk with a practical, business-focused approach.

• Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise customer agreements.
• Experience with master services agreements and vendor contracts.
• Ability to structure deals with business teams while managing risk.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements.

• Provide practical guidance on contract strategy, negotiation approaches, and business tradeoffs.
