Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, procurement, and strategic negotiations and draft software, SaaS and hybrid cloud agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial and operational issues.
• Engage with customers to ensure they feel listened to and understood.
• Suggest and implement process improvements and standard forms to improve efficiency.
• Utilize AI legal technology tools to improve efficiency and choose appropriate tools.
• Lead pricing initiatives and governance projects in collaboration with Finance and Business Ops.
• Navigate internal approval workflows and respond to stakeholders and clients.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft O365, Salesforce and Ironclad.
