Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for multifaceted commercial projects across Northern Colorado and the Colorado Front Range. This senior role requires coordinating owners, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver safety-first, on-time projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems including Civil/Site Construction, Structural Systems, Architectural Finishes, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Northern Colorado and the Colorado Front Range.
• Be the primary onsite representative; ensure safety, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, and owner relations.
• Lead field teams through all phases of construction while ensuring adherence to contract documents and budgets.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
