Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple complex commercial projects throughout Colorado's Front Range, with a focus on on-site leadership and safety. This field-based role requires relocation to Colorado and regular project presence on-site.

The Superintendent will manage schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, and owner relations, leading teams through all construction phases while upholding contract documents, budgets,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and ensure safety, schedule, quality, and owner relations on Northern Colorado/Front Range projects.
• Maintain contract compliance, budgets, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate trades, material procurement, and delivery schedules to hit milestones.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, schedules, inspections, and project documentation.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel; foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
