Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee complex projects across Northern Colorado and the Colorado Front Range. This field-based role requires on-site leadership, strict safety adherence, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in commercial construction, 10+ years as Superintendent, and a proven track record delivering large projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial construction with a general contractor.
• 10+ years serving as Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of civil/site, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and codes.
• Lead safety programs and manage on-site safety meetings.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
