Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in San Antonio is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager II to oversee client relationships with annual gross sales between $2M and $10M. You will collaborate with product partners, develop tailored relationship strategies, and grow revenue by offering loans, treasury management and other banking services.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years sales and business banking experience, and credit risk knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience; minimum 3 years commercial banking relationships.
• Formalized credit training or credit risk experience required; underwriting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with financial statement analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients using referrals, centers of influence, and events.
• Develop tailored relationship strategies with product partners.
• Cross-sell Fifth Third products to business clients and owners.
• Coordinate client activities, credit support, and reviews.
• Maintain CRM activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Travel regionally/local as required.
