Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 10 years Commercial Banking experience.
9 years of relationship account management experience preferred.
Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
Proven ability to analyze financial statements and propose strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop profitable new client relationships and expand existing ones within the designated geographic area.
Coordinate with One Bank partners to deepen relationships and present comprehensive banking solutions.
Attend industry forums and meetings to broaden networks and stay informed on trends.
Analyze customers' financials and lead credit strategy discussions with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers.
Meet regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and leverage CRM for pipeline management.
