Qualifications

• Strong financial statement analysis and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualified client prospects in defined segment using referrals and existing relationships.
• Collaborate with product and Bancorp partners to tailor client strategies.
• Participate in industry forums to deepen networks and knowledge.
• Cross-sell all applicable banking products to business customers.
• Lead relationship strategy meetings and coordinate with credit teams.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline management.
